Sitebee is a powerful SaaS platform that helps iGaming operators and affiliate managers monitor how their brands are being promoted online. Formerly known as GiG Comply, the system automates compliance checks across affiliate websites, flagging content that violates advertising regulations or internal brand policies.
The goal? To protect brand integrity and stay ahead of regulatory risks in a fast-moving industry.
What I Worked On
I was responsible for designing the backend UI/UX—the operational core where teams manage compliance workflows, review flagged content, and generate reports.
This included:
Dashboard Design
I created a clear, modular interface to help users visualise compliance data at a glance—daily scan results, flagged URLs, top violators, and historical trends.
Filtering & Search Tools
I focused on making it easy for users to filter scan results by region, affiliate, risk level, and keyword triggers, with quick-access presets and saved views.
Flag Review Workflow
I designed the flow for reviewing flagged affiliate content, enabling users to preview violations, log outcomes, and assign follow-ups—all without leaving the screen.
Responsive Design
Though most users work on desktops, I ensured the interface scaled smoothly for tablet users who needed oversight on the go.
User Feedback Loop
I collaborated closely with compliance officers and product stakeholders, incorporating feedback into wireframes and clickable prototypes for rapid iteration.
The end result was a clean, efficient backend system that supported large-scale compliance operations without overwhelming users with technical complexity.
